About Nationwide Protect
Nationwide Protect LLC markets and sells vehicle service contracts directly to consumers. Our representatives explain available plans, pricing, eligibility, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, and cancellation terms; enroll eligible customers who choose a contract; and collect authorized payment by phone. Nationwide Protect LLC is not a vehicle manufacturer, dealership, insurance company, contract administrator, or obligor. The written vehicle service contract identifies the separate administrator or obligor responsible for contract administration and claims. Available plans, pricing, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, cancellation rights, and eligibility vary by contract, vehicle, location, and applicable law. Availability is not guaranteed. Customers should review the complete written agreement before purchasing. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, insurance company, or government agency unless expressly stated in writing.
Our goal is to provide clear, accurate information so consumers can better understand vehicle service contracts and make informed decisions based on their vehicle, budget, and individual needs. Requesting information through Nationwide Protect LLC does not require you to purchase a vehicle service contract.
Nationwide Protect LLC does not sell, issue, provide, administer, or obligate vehicle service contracts. We are not a vehicle manufacturer, dealership, insurance company, service-contract provider, administrator, or obligor. Any vehicle service contract offered following an inquiry is offered, sold, issued, and administered by the independent third-party provider identified in the applicable written agreement.
Available plans, pricing, coverage, deductibles, waiting periods, benefits, limitations, exclusions, cancellation rights, and eligibility requirements vary by provider, vehicle, location, and contract. Availability is not guaranteed, and vehicle service contract options may not be available in every state.
Our role is limited to providing general information, responding to inquiries, and connecting consumers with participating independent providers. Nationwide Protect LLC does not make coverage or claims decisions and does not guarantee that a consumer or vehicle will qualify for a particular plan.
Before purchasing any vehicle service contract, consumers should carefully review the provider’s identity and the complete written agreement, including all coverage terms, exclusions, limitations, deductibles, waiting periods, claims procedures, cancellation provisions, and refund terms. The written agreement provided by the third-party provider controls the coverage and obligations of the parties.
Nationwide Protect LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, insurance company, government agency, or vehicle service contract provider unless expressly stated in writing. Any third-party names and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective owners and do not imply an affiliation or endorsement.
Who We Are
Nationwide Protect is an independent seller of optional vehicle service contracts issued and administered by third-party providers, including TPS.
We are not a vehicle manufacturer, dealership, insurance company, or contract administrator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or dealership.
Our licensed representatives help drivers compare available vehicle service contract options based on their vehicle, eligibility, budget, and coverage needs. These contracts may help pay for certain covered repairs, subject to the terms, exclusions, limitations, deductibles, and claim-authorization requirements of the selected contract.
Coverage and pricing vary by vehicle, provider, and plan. Not all vehicles or repairs are eligible. Purchasing a vehicle service contract is optional and is not required to obtain financing or purchase a vehicle. All claims and coverage decisions are handled by the third-party administrator identified in the contract.
Please review the complete contract before purchasing.
Vehicle Service Contract
A vehicle service contract is essentially a protection plan that promises to pay for repairs or component replacements if your car experiences a mechanical or electrical failure. It functions similarly to insurance: you pay a set amount—either upfront or through monthly payments—and in return, the contract provider agrees to cover repair costs for specified parts and labor.
